Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the made to order nature of most of our products and given we are a tiny business, we do not offer returns once we have started producing your items as this places a large burden on our business. We encourage you to make sure you are buying the products you want. Of course if you have any questions, please let us know before placing an order and we would be happy to help! We do offer returns if the product does not work in the manner advertised or has a defect preventing it from being used in the expected way.

Unless otherwise specified within a product’s description, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We do not cover return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start your return process, please contact us via our normal contact methods or reply back to your original order e-mails . We will need your order number and would like a brief description about why you are returning it. We will provide you with a return address. Mail your item back using similar packaging that came with your item. For example, if we sent your item in a box, please send it back in a like sized box. If we sent it using a padded envelope, use a padded envelope.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

We only offer exchanges for wrong sizes one time per original item ordered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
