Description
A simple photo composition frame to help pre-visualize a particular scene on a particular format. The idea being you can pre-frame your desired composition before having to break out all your camera gear. As a result, I made these somewhat small – they are 84mm tall, 2mm thick and vary in width depending on the format.
This is a new product. I had the idea when a customer mentioned they were going to use the top part of a custom DSLR scanning table I designed for them as a composition frame. I thought a purpose-built design might work better and so this was born! As it is a new product, feedback and suggestions are welcome!
Update: Photos do not yet reflect the change, but these now include an optional lanyard/keychain hole – simply specify which side you wish the hole to be (or none if you don’t want a lanyard hole).

These are designed and printed by me using a Prusa MK3s with Atomic Filament Deep Black PETG. They are textured on one side and smooth on the other. They are plastic, not metal, so be mindful of where you are storing them in your camera bag, though they should be reasonably durable and heat tolerant.
