A replacement to the OEM negative carrier for Beseler 67 enlargers (the type that take the square-ish carriers).
This carrier functions in much the same way as the original carriers though it lacks the spring mechanism, meaning it is best to adjust the negative before placing in the enlarger.
There are multiple available negative sizes as well as 3 styles. If you need a negative size I do not have, just ask as chances are I will be able to make it for you! The three sizes are as follows:
Standard: The normal opening for the negative which tries to mask much/all of the rebate
Bordered: A slightly larger opening than the negative to allow for exposing part of the rebate (such as if you want to print a black border)
Full-Frame/Full Rebate: A much larger opening to show the entire rebate of the film. This is when you want to print the rebate, including the frame counter, sprockets, etc.
If in doubt, choose standard.
These were designed by me and are printed on demand using Atomic PLA on my modified Prusa MK3s 3D printer. They should bring you years of reliable use when using them for normal printing sessions as long as they are stored reasonably. Store them with your lenses (e.g. not in an attic on a hot summer South Texas day shoved in an unnamed box to be forgotten about for 20 years). Clean with a damp cloth optionally with alcohol (do not use acetone).
